Priscilla specialises in the application of economics to merger clearance and competition enforcement matters, and has worked across a wide range of industries in Singapore and in Australia.
Priscilla joined HoustonKemp following three years with the Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS). During her time with the CCS, Priscilla worked on a broad range of cases, including mergers reviews, abuse of dominance allegations, reviews of anti-competitive agreements, leniency applications and market studies. She also advise other government agencies in relation to competition matters. In this role Priscilla has developed strong, practical expertise in the analysis of market definition, assessment of market power and quantification of the competitive effects of firms’ conduct in markets. She also developed a detailed understanding of multiple industry sectors, including the air travel, property, food and beverage, film and media, finance and raw materials.
Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Economics with a second major in Finance from the Singapore Management University. In June 2014, Priscilla also attained level three accreditation in the Chartered Financial Analyst examination.
